These represent the commercial 'bread and butter' side of my work. Jobs can vary enormously, and can be very challenging. To be honest, the more weird the project the better I like it. These illustrations were created for an English-speaking international school handbook by Wendy Lewis. Designed as an introduction for students from non-English speaking backgrounds, the book uses pictures and simple words to help explain the school's rules and amenities. 
 Hunter River History. A planned book on local history by Michael Scanlon, complete with historical vignettes and anecdotes covering two centuries of life in the Hunter Valley.

Murals In 1999 the Hunter Water Corporation commissioned a series of large panels to explain the water supply and sewage process. To make the display more entertaining it was done in cartoon form and in ultra-bright colours. The panels were used annually at the Newcastle Show for several years and were a big hit.
